30 days from time of purchase and with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and it must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded
Returns will be assigned a RMA number. The assigned RMA number will be in the response email to your Return request. The RMA number must be inside the return packing and on a prominent space on the outside of the return packing. Any returns without a RMA number will be refused.
Refunds or Exchange
We will only refund or exchange items if they are defective or the damage is not due to transport or shipping damage. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days of our decision. If your exchange is approved we will ship the replacement using the same shipment method as the original order within 30 days of our decision.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not refund shipping. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For obvious reasons we cannot guarantee that we will actually receive your returned item as the shipping part is not under our control. You should consider using a traceable shipping service and / or purchase shipping insurance.
